Yes. LoadYar works in the browser on Android phones, iPhones and computers, and can be installed on the home screen like an app, so the office and the yard can use it on the go.

LoadYar works anywhere in Pakistan. Its city lists run from Karachi and Hyderabad to Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta, and carrier trip stops can be suggested along the N-5 corridor.

Screens are in English with Urdu labels for each section, such as بلٹی بکنگ for Bilty Bookings and کھاتہ for the ledgers, so both office staff and the yard can follow them.

A bilty is the consignment note a transporter issues when it accepts goods or a vehicle for carriage. It records the consigner, consignee, route, what is carried and the freight. In LoadYar every bilty is numbered automatically and kept in a searchable Bilty Register.

A chalan is the trip manifest that travels with a truck. It lists the carrier, driver and every consignment on board. LoadYar prints it from the carrier trip with the driver’s CNIC, the route and the full vehicles schedule.

Yes. Invoices apply Sindh Sales Tax on Services at 15%, and show the client’s SRB withholding (20% of the SRB) and income tax withholding (WHT 7%) when they apply, with the net payable and the amount in words.

Yes. Bilties, chalans, invoices and vouchers print your own company name, address, NTN and STRN from your company profile.

In LoadYar’s cloud database, not on one office computer. Each company’s data is kept separate: the database itself refuses to show one company’s records to another.

Yes. A company admin can export the company’s complete data as a backup file at any time from Settings.

Yes. There are Admin, Dispatcher, Accountant, Driver and Carrier roles. For example, a dispatcher cannot open finance screens, and only an admin manages staff accounts.

CyberTracking is supported directly, and some other providers can be connected if their API is compatible. Each company connects its own tracker account.
