Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the LoadYar app at app.loadyar.com. By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

LoadYar is cloud software for transport companies. We provide it to each customer company under the price and period agreed with that company in writing.

Accounts

Each customer company has an admin who creates logins for its staff. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think a login has been misused.

Your data

Your company’s records belong to your company. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide LoadYar. A company admin can export the complete data at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use LoadYar to break the law, to access another company’s data, to disrupt the service, or to upload harmful code.

Your records and tax

LoadYar works out figures such as sales tax and withholding from the settings and entries you make. You remain responsible for your own tax filings and for checking that your records are correct.

Availability

We work to keep LoadYar available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance may briefly pause access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version above. Either side may end the service as agreed in writing; before it ends, your admin can export your data.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
