A bilty is the consignment note a transporter issues when it accepts goods or a vehicle for carriage. LoadYar creates each bilty on screen, numbers it automatically, links it to the customer, truck and driver, and keeps every bilty in a searchable Bilty Register instead of a paper book.

A chalan (also written challan) is the trip manifest that travels with a truck and lists every consignment on board. In LoadYar you build a carrier trip, load bilties onto it, and print the delivery chalan with the carrier, driver, route and the full list of vehicles and freight.

LoadYar combines a customer’s delivered bilties into one sales tax invoice and works out Sindh Sales Tax on Services at 15% (SRB), the customer’s SRB withholding and the income tax withholding (WHT) automatically. Payments are recorded against the invoice and the balance due is always up to date.
