This policy explains how LoadYar (“we”) handles information on this website, loadyar.com, and in the LoadYar app at app.loadyar.com.

This website

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and has no forms. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you send (such as your name, number, company and message) and use them only to reply and to arrange a demo or quote.

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

The LoadYar app

Companies that use LoadYar enter their own business records, such as customers, trucks, drivers, bilties, invoices, payments and staff. Each company controls its own data. We process it only to provide the service.

• Separation: each company’s records are kept apart by the database itself; one company cannot see another’s data.
• Sign-in: every user has a personal username and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, never in readable form.
• Where it is stored: in LoadYar’s cloud database and servers, currently hosted in the Singapore region by our infrastructure providers.
• GPS keys: if a company connects a GPS tracker, its key is stored on our server and is not sent to the browser.
• Your copy: a company admin can export the company’s complete data at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host and run LoadYar, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information about you, or ask what we hold, by writing to [email protected] or messaging +92 308 2222522. A company’s data belongs to that company; requests about it are handled with the company’s admin.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
